Let’s talk about a real life query, shall we? If you’re new here, this is the Fifty Queries Club where paid subscribers can fill out this form and I will evaluate their query! BUT you have to have sent it out to 50 agents already. The point here is not for me to say YES/NO I will be your agent (it is explicitly NOT that) but for me to point out places in your query and/or first 5 pages that might have caused a hiccup, and what everyone can learn from it. (Apologies to all that these take a long time to get to. That’s just how things are right now.)
